This gentle, beginner-friendly class focuses on moving in a way that feels good for your body. It’s a chance to quiet the mind, let go of the past week, and step into the new one feeling refreshed.

Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, you’ll be warmly welcomed. Mats are provided—just bring yourself along.
