Using a chair for support, we’ll explore simple movements, breathing techniques, and relaxation practices to help reduce stress and boost overall wellbeing. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a more accessible way to stay active, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
These sessions are free to attend, and everyone is welcome. We do, however, actively encourage donations to the Castlemilk Wellbeing Hub to help us continue offering activities like this for the community.
